Pilates
Pilates can help people of all ages develop optimal strength, flexibility, control, endurance, posture, balance, athletic performance, and a body-mind connection. STOTT Pilates is the contemporary approach to the original Pilates method and is based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. STOTT Pilates encourages a more neutral position of the axial skeleton. It is one of the safest and most effective methods available, and it is regularly used with rehabilitation and pre/post-natal clients. Paula received full STOTT Pilates Certification in 2014 and offers Pilates matwork with small equipment and props, stability chair, and arc barrels in her practice. She has attended STOTT Fascial Movement, Halo Programing, and Rehab for Special Populations courses, as well as multiple workshops including Pre and Post-Natal Conditioning and Sport Specific Conditioning.
