Health and Wellness
- Support and empower clients to restore an active lifestyle, maintain it, or/and take it to the next level
- Partner with clients seeking positive, sustainable change that addresses all aspects of their well-being
- Work one-on-one with clients to determine their problem areas, identify obstacles, and create a plan to achieve their health and wellness goals
- Teach clients about eating healthy and exercising properly
- Develop exercise regimens suited to individualized health and wellness goals
- Help clients develop strategies to stay motivated and on-track to overcome challenges, to identify and utilize sources of support
- Educate clients on health issues or prior injuries when developing plans
- Clients might engage a wellness coach for any number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Leading the active lifestyle they want
- Losing weight
- Quitting smoking
- Reducing stress
- Eating a healthier diet
- Achieving a better work-life balance
- Increasing life satisfaction
- Prioritizing self-care
- Practicing a positive mindset
